According to FOX NEWS CHANNEL, in a tragic turn of events Daniel Paduchowski 58 has confessed to the murder of his wife Kelly Paduchowski just days after reporting her missing. Kelly was last seen on June 30, when Daniel claimed she had gone for a run and a swim attempting to mislead police and misdirect resources. After a nearly week-long search her remains were discovered leading to Daniel’s arrest. He has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder tampering with evidence concealment of a dead body and possession of dangerous drugs according to Michael Tunink senior criminal attorney at the Coconino County Sheriff’s Office. This confession and plea have brought some closure to a deeply distressing case that has weighed heavily on the community and Kelly’s loved ones.

Daniel was seen in the same area about an hour later, raising suspicions among investigators. Further interviews with family members and other witnesses along with evidence gathered from their home confirmed that Daniel had assaulted Kelly. As part of his plea agreement Daniel provided information that led to the recovery of Kelly’s phone, keys, and the murder weapon. Daniel Paduchowski is now set to serve a 16-year term in the Arizona Department of Corrections without the possibility of early release ensuring he faces the consequences of his actions.
