Community Urged to Aid Investigation After Mohamed Toure Fatally Shot in West Phoenix

A young man died in a west Phoenix neighborhood on Friday. The police got a call just after 1:00 PM about a man found hurt in the street. Officers went to 104th Avenue and Payson Road and found the man had been shot.

The man, Mohamed Toure was treated by firefighters but sadly he died there. The police are trying to find out what happened and they need help from the community. They want anyone who knows anything to call Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS or 480-TESTIGO, according to the crime report of Arizona Independent.
