According to the report of Malay Mail, at The White House President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida made a big announcement about making their defense ties much stronger. They want to work together more closely to deal with China growing power in Asia. They had a fancy dinner with music by Paul Simon to celebrate. Biden said Japan is very important for standing up to China.

This shows how much they want to be even closer friends. They also said they making big changes to how the US military works in Japan. This is the biggest change in many years and its to help them react quickly to problems especially if China does something bad to Taiwan. They also want to work with Australia and Britain to protect their skies. This is just about the military. US leaders want to be clear that they all always support their friends even if there a new president in the US. This strong friendship between the US and Japan along with their other friends sends a message to anyone thinking about causing trouble.
