Nine Million Americans Eligible for Payouts
Nine million Americans who have bought or leased a Hyundai or Kia vehicle between 2011 and 2022 can claim payouts of a maximum of $3,3375 as part of a class-action lawsuit settlement with a total amount of $145 million. According to The U.S. Sun, plaintiffs of the lawsuit alleged that the car manufacturers failed to include theft-deterrent devices in the vehicles.
