Joshua Holland’s Criminal Case

Joshua Holland, along with two co-defendants, admitted to stealing firearms from pawn shops in Columbus and selling them to criminal street gangs. Joshua Holland pleaded guilty to two counts of theft of firearms and faces up to ten years in prison.

Joshua Holland and his co-defendants pleaded guilty to conspiring to steal firearms from shops in Columbus and Phenix City, Alabama. Joshua Holland and his co-defendants each face up to five years in prison.

According to a published article by WTVM, Joshua Holland and his companions were captured and taken into custody by Phenix City Police Department officers. Joshua Holland’s case was investigated by the Columbus Police Department, Phenix City Police Department, and ATF.

Joshua Holland’s Two Co-Defendants

In a published article by WRBL, Joshua Holland’s co-defendants who were named James David Lowery and Jerry Starks, also pled guilty to conspiracy to steal firearms and are now facing up to five years in prison and a $250,000 amount of fine.

Joshua Holland stole firearms to sell to criminal street gangs in Columbus. Joshua Holland and his two accomplices broke into pawn shops in Columbus and Phenix City and stole a total of 32 firearms. Some were caught and arrested by police.
