According to Finger Lakes, IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said they’re ready to quickly make any changes to the child tax credit approved by the government. This could mean more money for qualified U.S. taxpayers. The changes are part of a bill called the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act which passed in the U.S. House but needs Senate approval. Werfel thinks they can make the changes in six to twelve weeks after approval.
