Las Vegas Police Unveil Forgery and Fraud Allegations Against Oliva
Oliva’s Authorization Revoked by Nevada Sheriffs and Chiefs Association
According to Kolo News, Nephi Stephen Oliva, aged 50 has been apprehended for impersonating an instructor in concealed weapons training. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department disclosed on Wednesday that Oliva is accused of forgery and fraud related to his actions. His authorization to conduct concealed carry weapon classes was revoked by the Nevada Sheriffs and Chiefs Association and he purportedly persisted in teaching furnishing students with documentation falsely endorsed by an active CCW instructor.

Public Urged to Share Info on Oliva’s CCW Activities: Sheriff’s Office Appeals
Authorities are seeking further information from the public regarding Oliva’s activities. According to the sheriff’s office, Oliva would lead the classes but furnish students with documentation falsely signed by a legitimate CCW instructor. Las Vegas Metro encourages anyone with knowledge about this case or who attended Oliva’s classes after August 7 to come forward. Oliva was released from custody and awaiting further legal proceedings.
