Kansas Offers $4.1 Million Tax Credits for Vital Projects
Kansas Unveils Tax Credits Program to Fuel Nonprofit and Healthcare Initiatives
In Kansas, there’s good news for community projects! Lieutenant Governor David Toland says there’s $4.1 million in tax credits available according to Kansas Commerce. These tax credits are for nonprofits and healthcare groups doing important work like helping kids, preventing crime, and providing healthcare. The idea is to encourage people to donate by offering them tax credits. It’s like a reward for helping out! You can ask for up to $200,000 in credits for your project. Plus, if you’re in a small town, you might get even more credits – up to 70 percent! Big or small these projects are all about making our communities better.
