The Biden administration might let Massachusetts use Biden Medic aid money to help immigrant families and pregnant women with housing for up to six months according to The Daily Caller. Governor Maura Healey met with White House officials about this saying some migrant families are even sleeping at Boston’s Logan Airport because shelters are full. Massachusetts wants to help deal with more immigrants coming in as it’s straining resources and places to stay. If the plan goes ahead, the state could get $2 billion from the federal government to help out. The issue of illegal immigration has become bigger during Biden’s time as president, with lots of people coming through the southern border. Both former President Donald Trump and President Biden are doing something about the immigration problem. Biden will go to Brownsville, Texas, and Trump to Eagle Pass, Texas, to see what’s happening at the border.
