Defendants Accused of Fabricating Stories to Conceal Source of Sell Stolen ‘Hotel California’ Lyrics
Three people are on trial for trying to sell stolen song lyrics back to a famous singer, Don Henley from The Eagles according to New York Post crime report. The lyrics were taken from Henley’s house a long time ago. The trio allegedly tricked Henley into buying back his own lyrics for a lot of money. Prosecutors say the three people tried to cover up where they got the stolen lyrics from. They made up stories to hide the truth. Even though the defendants say they didn’t know the lyrics were stolen prosecutors argue they were trying to make money illegally.

Don Henley to Take the Stand in Trial Over Sell Stolen ‘Hotel California’ Lyrics
The trial will have witnesses including Don Henley. He felt like he was being forced to pay much money for his property. The court will decide if the defendants are guilty or not.
