Ongoing Investigation: Police Seek Answers in Tulare Woman’s Death
Police in Tulare arrested a 44-year-old man suspected of killing a 57-year-old woman and leaving her body in a burning car. Officers found the woman’s remains in the trunk after responding to a car fire. The victim from Los Angeles wasn’t identified and it’s unclear if she died before or after the fire. The suspect Branden Howard was caught 18 hours later and taken into custody for suspicion of homicide.
