A major food company, Lyons Magnus, has reached a $3.5 million settlement to resolve a Food Lawsuit Settlement. The lawsuit centered around concerns regarding potential bacterial contamination in some of their beverages, including milk. Customers who purchased Lyons Magnus products between April 1, 2021, and October 27, 2022, are eligible to participate in the Food Lawsuit Settlement and could receive compensation. It’s noteworthy that no receipt is required for eligible participants to benefit from the Food Lawsuit Settlement. However, the deadline for applying to the Food Lawsuit Settlement is February 9.

Similarly, another company, Colgate-Palmolive, faced issues with their Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaners, leading to a Food Lawsuit Settlement. Due to insufficient preservative levels, there was a risk of bacterial growth in the cleaners. Colgate-Palmolive promptly removed the products from shelves.

Customers who bought Fabuloso products between December 14, 2022, and November 14, 2023, are also eligible for the Food Lawsuit Settlement. As with the Lyons Magnus case, proof of purchase is not mandatory for participating in the Food Lawsuit Settlement, but it could lead to higher compensation.
