7-Year-Old Victim Speaks Out – Wisconsin Officer’s Disturbing Abuse Exposed in Shocking Child Choking Case

The disturbing incident came to light when MPD Sergeant Zachery Thoms responded to a child abuse report at the emergency room of Children’s Wisconsin in Milwaukee on January 17. Thoms discovered the young victim, a relative of Williams, with seven or eight bruises on her thigh and another on her arm.

During the investigation, the 7-year-old disclosed that Williams had disciplined her for not taking a nap the previous day. Allegedly using a thick belt, he “whooped” her before tightening his grip around her throat, causing her difficulty in breathing. Shockingly, the child revealed that this wasn’t the first time Williams had subjected her to such abuse.

Recalling the traumatic incident, the girl mentioned that Williams directed her to stop talking back. Trying to escape, she ran into the hallway, where an unidentified woman told her to “stop moving.” The woman intervened, telling Williams he had gone too far, to which he heartlessly replied, “No, it’s not.” The criminal complaint also outlines that after assaulting the girl, Williams proceeded to strike a 4-year-old boy with the belt.

The child’s distressing experience led to her admission to the hospital, though it remains unclear how she got there or if the boy suffered any injuries. The criminal complaint did not disclose the woman’s identity, which was mentioned during the police interview.

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office acted promptly, filing formal charges against Williams. However, he was released from custody by the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday morning. This revelation has placed the MPD in a challenging position, suspending Williams, who joined the force as a recruit in 2016, pending further investigation.

As the case develops, concerns arise regarding the well-being of the young victims, the unidentified woman’s role, and the broader implications for the Milwaukee Police Department.
