Marengo County Fire Rescue Squad Chief, Denson “Denny” Baynham Jr., has been charged with fraudulently using his squad’s credit card, allegedly making around $1,880 in unauthorized purchases. The 53-year-old, residing in Linden, also faces a first-degree theft of property charge.
