A man from Maryland has been apprehended following an alleged incident where he discharged a firearm at his separated spouse outside a Giant supermarket in Walkersville, Maryland. Frederick Owusu Sakyi, aged 33, was captured after the unfortunate event that took place at the Urbana Giant store situated at 3530 Sugarloaf Parkway.

The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office promptly attended to the shooting incident, where Saky’s murdered estranged wife was discovered in the parking lot. According to reports, the couple was now going through a divorce, and investigators have mentioned a past record of protection orders and stalking by Sakyi.

After the deadly shooting, Sakyi, the victim’s ex-husband, was arrested and put into the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
