Xi Jinping Extends Collaboration Olive Branch

On Monday, official media reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping offered to work with the US to improve bilateral relations. Xi and Biden exchanged congratulations on the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties.

In November, the leaders convened in San Francisco and promised to improve communication and prevent confrontation. Xi stressed the necessity for realistic steps to maintain China-US ties‘ stability, health, and sustainability.

Xi Jinping offered to join President Biden to guide China-US ties to benefit both states and their inhabitants while promoting world peace and development.

Xi Jinping Highlights Mutual Respect and Collaboration for China-US Relations

CCTV said that Xi stressed mutual respect, peaceful cohabitation, and win-win collaboration as the best approach for China-US relations.

The encouraging messages are part of efforts to manage and enhance relations between the two big countries, noting their 45-year diplomatic relationship. Cooperation and mutual understanding are diplomatic measures to prevent disputes and promote world peace and development.
