The state of Texas will send its own form of 4th stimulus check to a group of people through the Teacher Retirement System at the end of this month.

The federal government has released three rounds of stimulus checks since the pandemic began to help Americans who are facing financial challenges. The financial aid also aims to boost the economy of the country amidst the increasing inflation rate.
In a published article in MARCA, the state of Texas will release its 4th stimulus check at the end of this month through the Texas Retirement System (TRS). This will be issued through paper checks or direct deposits but state officials encouraged the recipients to choose direct deposit for faster transaction.

Teacher Retirement System in Texas
According to an article published in TRS, the state has set eligibility criteria, amounts, and delivery timelines for this year’s state payments vary across states. The payment will be sent this November 28-29 for direct deposits and also in mail.
Furthermore, the state officials also remind the recipients to be cautious in putting information and details in their forms. It is also important that they ask if the special checks they are receiving are taxable.
