A Circuit Court Judge Was Fatally Shot and Killed

A Washington County Circuit Court judge named Andrew Wilkinson, 52 years old, was fatally shot and killed on October 18 at approximately 8:00 p.m.  The police authorities identified the suspect as Pedro Argote, 49 years old, who fled from the crime scene before the authorities arrived.

In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, the circuit court judge was killed on the same day that he granted custody of the couple’s four minor children to the suspect’s estranged wife. It was found that Argote did not show up when the circuit court judge granted sole custody of the suspect’s estranged wife.
