Woman Is In Critical Condition After A Chicago Stabbing Incident Inside Logan Square Business

A Chicago stabbing incident occurred inside a business in the Logan Square neighborhood that led to a woman in critical condition when an unknown man came inside and started stabbing her.

Chicago Stabbing Incident At Logan Square Neighborhood

The victim was a  25-year-old woman who suffered from a stab in the chest, and the right leg after an unknown man entered a business in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood around 6 p.m.

The Fox 32 reported that after the Chicago stabbing incident, the suspect then escaped southbound on Milwaukee. Moreover, the woman was rushed to Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital and was reported to be in critical condition.

Area Five detectives are investigating and further information on a potential motive hasn’t been released by police.

Chicago Robberies: Gunmen Rob 2 Businesses

Before the Chicago stabbing incident a robbery incident occurred also at  Chicago’s Northwest side. In each incident, two male suspects entered the business and demanded money from the registers before fleeing.

Fox 32 Chicago reported that around 8:45 pm the two offenders who were wearing a mask held up a business in the 3100 block of Lawrence Avenue in Albany Park. As the robbers escaped at the scene, they stole a purse from someone inside the store.

Moreover, two robbers also targeted a Logan Square business in the 3000 block of West Fullerton Avenue at about 10:45 p.m. and demanded money.

A victim was also hit by a handgun inside the business on the head right after the offenders fled with cash from the registers. The victim refused medical attention on the scene.

Area Five detectives are still investigating and the police did not specify if the two robberies were related.
