State Fair of Texas Evacuated Following Shooting That Injured Three Individuals in Dallas

The State Fair of Texas was evacuated after three unnamed individuals were injured as a result of a shooting incident that occurred in Dallas. Further reports say the shooting was triggered by a conflict between two individuals who were acquainted with each other.

The Dallas Police Department stated that on October 14, at around 7:45 p.m., a shooting incident occurred near the food court of the State Fair of Texas.

According to Rumpf-Whitten, following the shooting that broke out at the State Fair of Texas, three unnamed individuals were injured which forced people to evacuate the fairgrounds. Fortunately, the Dallas Police also stated that the injured victims who were transported to a hospital were listed in stable and non-fatal condition.

State Fair of Texas Shooting Under Investigation

According to Jenkins, shortly after the shooting that occurred at the State Fair of Texas, the suspect fled the area but was fortunately taken into custody thereafter. Further reports say the Dallas Police were also able to recover the gun used in the shooting.

Dallas City Council member Adam R. Bazaldua states that T.C. Broadnax, the City Manager, the shooting at the State Fair of Texas was triggered by a conflict between two individuals who were acquainted with each other.
