Former Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Bashaud Breeland’s arrest was made and he faces a series of serious charges including possessing a stolen car, stolen firearms, and drugs. Breeland, who played a significant part in the Chiefs’ triumphant Super Bowl campaign in 2020, was discovered to have a stolen Mercedes-Benz SUV, a considerable quantity of suspected prohibited mushrooms, more than five pounds of marijuana, and a collection of eight firearms, which featured two AR-15s and two AK-47s. The combined value of the firearms was estimated at over $3,000, with the marijuana and mushrooms carrying a total estimated value of $7,000 and that leads to Bashaud Breeland’s arrest.
Bashaud Breeland’s arrest record indicates that Breeland resides in Charlotte, and he was taken into custody at approximately 2 a.m. on Tuesday. Breeland was later released after posting a $30,000 bond.
