According to an article in CNN, a redacted felony complaint that was filed in the U.S. District Court revealed that an arrest warrant was issued for Robertson after his threats to kill FBI agents, his plans to kill Bragg, and a Facebook post that stated he would use a sniper rifle when Biden arrived in the state of Utah.
