According to 6ABC, the incident occurred late at night inside an apartment on the 7700 block of Lindbergh Boulevard.

According to reports from the Philadelphia Police Department, the incident transpired around 11 p.m.

A 19-year-old Southwest Philadelphia gunman allegedly opened fire on a 24-year-old relative.
