Two unnamed juvenile suspects were arrested and charged for the shooting of a teenager in Durham, North Carolina. Reports say the victim, fortunately, sustained only non-life-threatening injuries.
On June 12, at around 2:04 p.m., Durham Police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 3000 block of East Weaver Street in the city of Durham in North Carolina. A male teenager stated that he was sitting on a porch when the two juvenile suspects began shooting from a vehicle.According to Coley, apart from the teenage victim being shot by the juvenile suspects, a round of gunshot also entered a residence and several vehicles were hit by the gunfire. Fortunately, the teenage victim was immediately transported to a local hospital after sustaining non-life-threatening injuries only.

Charges Against Juvenile Suspects
An article in ABC11 states that on July 17, petitions were filed against the two juvenile suspects who were both male and aged 15 years old. The two juvenile suspects faced charges of possession of a firearm by a minor, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury or kill. To date, both juvenile suspects are in the custody of the authorities.
