An Ohio father has pleaded not guilty to murder charges in connection with the shooting that killed his three sons.

The Ohio father who is identified as Chad Doerman 32 years old has been accused of murdering his three young sons and has been indicted by a grand jury.

Doerman was indicted Thursday, facing multiple charges of nine counts of aggravated murder, eight counts of kidnapping, and four counts of assault in connection with the June 15 deaths of his sons.

At the Ohio father bond hearing on Friday, a prosecutor said the suspect allegedly lined up his three young children, aged 3, 4, and 7, and “executed” them with a rifle in a planned attack.

However, the Ohio father has pleaded not guilty to those charges.

The People News reported that Doerman had confessed to fatally shooting his three sons execution-style and hunting one down when he tried to escape into the woods.

Clermont County prosecutor David Gast said that those boys were their father’s world he was their guardian and he executed them in cold blood.

The Three Boys Was Found Lifeless When Police Arrived At The Crime Scene

Dispatch had received two alarming calls shooting incident was reported at about 4:15 pm when police officers responded to a home on Laurel Lindale Rd. in Monroe Township and found Doerman sitting on the steps with a rifle sitting next to him, Fox 19 previously reported.

The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office said in a release that a woman called 911 screaming that her “babies had been shot.”

Three minutes later, a driver in the area called 911 to report seeing a young girl running down the road yelling that “her father was killing everyone,” the release said.

Authorities reported that three young brothers were discovered shot and lifeless in the home’s yard. Paramedics performed life-saving measures, but the boys passed away at the scene.

The 34 years old mother of the boys, was shot in the hand while she tried to cover his children from the gunshots. She was found outside of the home and was transported to University Hospital in Cincinnati for the non-life-threatening injury.

NBC News reported that Clermont County Sheriff Robert Leahy broke the news of her young children’s death to her at the hospital, the release said.

Doerman is being held without bail in the Clermont County Jail and is expected back in court on July 5.
