Rapper Fetty Wap, who is famously known as the Trap Queen Hitmaker, has been found guilty of drug trafficking.
In 2022, Rapper Fetty Wap, the Trap Queen Hitmaker pleaded guilty to distributing 25 kilograms of cocaine, ABC Net News reported.
During his trial, the prosecutors said rapper Fetty Wap was a member of a crew that dealt heroin, fentanyl, and crack cocaine across Long Island and New Jersey between June 2019 and June 2020.
Rapper Fetty Wap said he only did that because he was motivated by a desire to provide for his family while his income from live performances dried up during the pandemic.
During the trial, he was found guilty of running a drug trafficking operation across the United States.

Rapper Fetty Wap Receives 6 Years in Prison
The Rapper Fetty Wap was sentenced to six years in prison, Wednesday, May 24.
Rapper Fetty Wap is 31 years old and his real name is Willie Maxwell II. He had previously admitted to being involved in a large-scale scheme of drug trafficking, Ace Showbiz reported.
In 2015, Rapper Fetty Wap released his eponymous debut album. During his sentence hearing, he apologized to the people who look up to him including his family.
Rapper Fetty Wap said he was deeply sorry for any pain he caused.
