Police authorities in Keene, Texas confirmed that a 12-year-old boy fatally shot a Texas Sonic employee during an altercation.
Texas Sonic Employee Died from a Shooting Incident
The police authorities in Keene, Texas immediately responded to the fast-food restaurant located at 300 block of South Old Betsy Road after they received a shooting incident report. When they arrived at the area, they saw the man on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds.
In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, Keene Police authorities identified the man as Matthew Davis, 32 years old, and an employee from Texas Sonic. The medical personnel immediately arrived as well and he was transported to the nearest hospital. But, he was pronounced dead when they arrived at Harris Methodist Hospital.

12-Year-Old Boy Shot the Employee
According to a report published in NBC News, the 12-year-old boy was inside the car when the 20-year-old Angel Gomez and other guys went inside the Sonic. It was found during the investigation that Davis confronted Gomez when he began acting disorderly and they got into a physical fight.
However, it was not expected that the 12-year-old boy shot the Sonic employee. The Keene Police authorities also added that both the juvenile and Gomez fled from the crime scene before the police authorities arrived. Meanwhile, Gomez returned and surrendered himself to the authorities.
The 12-year-old boy who shot Davis was later located in Rio Vista and police authorities were surprised because they discovered several firearms. Furthermore, both the 12-year-old boy and Gomez are now facing murder charges.
