Six people including Frank Mosley were accused of getting relief money from the federal Payroll Protection Program last 2021 and 2022. U.S. attorney’s office said that they have submitted loan applications for the funds that were originally for small businesses afloat.

Prosecutors proved that Mosley and the other people involved submitted applications to four different companies and falsely claimed they had 49 employees with at least $150,000 monthly payroll but it was not true and there were no payroll expenses.

They used the funds for personal investments, personal credit cards, and personal expenses, and distribute them to their family members, instead of using the funds for any legitimate expenses.
