Florida LGBTQ Advocacy Groups Go Against Desantis
Florida LGBTQ advocacy groups and lawmakers go against Gov. Ron Desantis and his Republicans for prohibiting discussing sexual orientation and gender identity in classrooms. The Parental right in education criticizes the ‘don’t say gay’ policies in school for harming the part of LGBTQ and the family. This law was a practice in Florida last year ago.
On February 11, the House of Republicans introduced a legislation law restricting schools and classrooms from adopting the policies of accepting transgender students that address their gender identity. Also, the Florida teachers addressed and encouraged the promotion of “the benefits of monogamous heterosexual marriage.” House Bill 1069 will also be affected by prohibitions from talking about human sexuality.
Regarding this issue, officials, teachers, students, parents, and also the LGBTQ they have used their voices to freely say what they felt about the legislation law that Republicans submitted. The people say that they will not allow it to happen.
