Pregnancy and Marriage

Swank revealed her pregnancy while promoting her show “Alaska Daily” on ABC’s “Good Morning America” in October 2020. The actress had documented her pregnancy journey on Instagram, including flaunting her growing baby bump on the Golden Globes red carpet in January.

The couple got married in 2018 in a secret ceremony beneath a family of 800-year-old trees in the redwoods of California. Swank’s best friend Mariska Hargitay served as the maid of honor, and after the reception, the newlyweds wore matching denim jackets embroidered with their nickname, “Philary.”

As the due date approached, according to USA Today, Swank took a survey from her Instagram followers while making a playlist for the delivery room. She asked if and when she should play Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It” in the hospital.
