Justice Has Been Served

As reported by Naquin, immediately after, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force started working on their investigations. The U.S. Marshals Service announced Sheppard as the Fugitive of the Week in early December. On December 21, Sheppard was finally apprehended at a home in the 9500 block of Detroit Road in Cleveland.

U.S. Marshals Pete Elliott said offenders like Sheppard who commit violence must not be tolerated by a community’s members or the law enforcement. He also said that people must work together to guarantee that those who perpetrate violence are taken away from the community as soon as possible.
