In Texas, there are numerous incarcerated individuals, many of whom have committed serious and often violent crimes. The challenge arises when housing these dangerous criminals together. However, the question remains: who is the most dangerous inmate currently behind bars in Texas?

While browsing the internet for true crime stories, I came across a fascinating individual who stands out as the most dangerous. This person is so notorious that journalists are prohibited from interviewing him, and he rarely leaves his cell due to numerous incidents of assaulting both guards and fellow inmates.

Who is the Most Dangerous Inmate in Texas?

Quinton Cox, a 33-year-old inmate, is currently serving a life sentence in the Coffield Prison Facility in Tennessee Colony, Texas. His crimes, which include murder and various other convictions, have led to his incarceration.

What Was His Original Charge?

Quinton has since been sentenced to multiple 20-year terms and a 10-year term for his attempt to assault a public servant with a deadly weapon and for harassment.

Quinton has gained a notorious reputation as the most dangerous inmate in Texas due to his persistent and alarming use of violence. He has been known to employ sharp objects in his attempts to stab both fellow inmates and prison guards. This ongoing pattern of aggression has solidified his status as a highly dangerous individual behind bars.

Texas is home to an impressive total of 18 federal prisons and 9 federal prison camps.
