Ocastor Ferguson from Texas killed the woman he has dated using a fake name. Ferguson was previously charged with kidnapping, but authorities discovered the woman’s dead body.
On January 11, authorities received a report about a missing woman named Kayla Kelley, 33. Kelley’s aunt and co-workers apparently have not heard from her for many days. The authorities inspected her duplex in McKinney, Texas and have found Kelley’s dog alone for many days. Reportedly, investigators have also found Kelley’s car burned down in Frisco, Texas.According to Luperon, during the first interviews, it was found out that Kelley had a boyfriend named “Kevin”. However, Kelley discovered that Kevin was married and decided to blackmail him. Investigators eventually learned that Kevin was actually a man named Ocastor Ferguson, 32. Ferguson admitted that he dated Kelley using a fake name to hide his identity. However, he insisted that he had no idea about Kelley’s whereabouts. Ferguson stated that he last saw Kelley on January 10 at noon after he dropped her off at work.

Investigations on Ferguson
Using cell phone records, investigators tracked Ferguson’s location on January 10. Results revealed that Ferguson went home to Grand Prairie, Texas after work. However, contrary to his statement, Ferguson drove to Dallas North Tollway thereafter and went to the area where Kelley lives. Reportedly, Ferguson then drove to the area where Kelley’s vehicle burned down. Investigators also claimed that they found Ferguson’s Lexus near Kelley’s duplex. However, Ferguson countered that he was only hiding his car from his wife.
On January 18, the Collin County Sheriff’s Office stated that Ferguson was charged with arson. However, on January 19, a dead body discovered in Grand Prairie, Texas, the city where Ferguson lives, was identified to belong to Kelley. Ferguson has now recently been charged with both murder and arson after being previously charged with kidnapping, as reported by Cruz.
