The former commonwealth attorney’s first appearance in federal court is scheduled for Monday afternoon in Lexington. If found guilty, Ronnie Goldy Jr. could face a maximum of 20 years in prison for each wire fraud charge, up to 10 years for each federal program bribery charge, and up to 5 years for the electronic communication bribery charges.
