Timothy Bliefnick was sentenced to life in prison after killing his estranged wife in Illinois. Reports say the former Family Feud contestant mocked his marriage after he appeared on ABC’s game show in 2020.
On August 11, during a hearing in Adams County Circuit Court in the city of Quincy, Timothy Bliefnick, 39, was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences. Reports say the former Family Feud contestant was convicted of home invasion and first-degree murder after killing his estranged wife in western Illinois.According to Pelisek, on March 1, the residence of the former Family Feud contestant was searched where the body of Rebecca Bliefnick, 41, was discovered by a family member with several gunshot wounds. Thereafter, on March 13, the former Family Feud contestant was arrested.
Further reports say Rebecca and the former Family Feud contestant were separated and are going through divorce proceedings. A restraining order was filed against the former Family Feud contestant who also filed one against Rebecca.

Former Family Feud Contestant
An article in NECN states that in 2020, the former Family Feud contestant and some of his family members appeared in ABC’s game show on the national television. One of the questions asked by host Steve Harvey was about the biggest mistake made at a wedding to which the former Family Feud contestant answered “(saying) I do”.
