Unfortunately, much of the unedited body camera footage remains obscured throughout the incident, limiting a complete understanding of the events.

Brock recounts that the violent arrest in Southern California began when he noticed Deputy Joseph Benza behaving aggressively toward a woman while he was on his way to a 7-Eleven in Whittier on February 10.

After passing by the deputy, Brock expressed his displeasure by flipping him off casually. Surprisingly, Deputy Benza started following Brock for several blocks without activating his lights or sirens.

Feeling confused and concerned for his safety, Brock called 911 for clarification. The dispatcher advised him that he could continue as normal since there were no lights or sirens present.

The video of the violent arrest in Southern California depicts a struggle between the two men, with Benza on top of Brock, demanding that he move his arms behind his back. However, Brock insists that he cannot comply because Benza has pinned his hands under his stomach, making it impossible to do so.

Throughout the encounter, Brock can be heard yelling, “Stop! You’re gonna kill me!” while Benza disregards his pleas and even allegedly delivers several punches to Brock’s face and head.
