This neighborhood has the highest records of property crimes and violent crimes. A whooping 9,207 incidents of property crimes per 100,000 people and 2,057 incidents of violent crimes per 100,000 people.

2. Dorsey-Riverbend – the second most dangerous neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. Home to approximately 4,723 residents with a median home value of $113,300. This neighborhood is the second in the list of property crimes and violent crimes. 1,833 incidents of violent crimes per 100,000 people and 8,202 property crimes per 100,000 people.

3. Home Beautiful Park – third on the list of the most dangerous neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. With a population of 1,027 individuals, the median home value is $173,800. This neighborhood is the third on the list of property crime rates and violent crime rates. A record of 6,967 incidents of property crimes per 100,000 people and 1,556 incidents of violent crimes per 100,000 people.
