A missing woman was abducted in Philadelphia and held at gunpoint by a suspect driving a golf cart. As of February 20, the woman is still not found and no arrest has been made yet.

On February 18, around 6:40 a.m., a missing woman was abducted in the Port Richmond neighborhood. The suspect reportedly drove a golf cart while holding the missing woman at gunpoint. The golf cart was allegedly a two-seater, black and maroon Polaris Northstar XP 1000 utility task vehicle.

According to Farberov, the missing woman was walking along Cumberland Street when the golf cart pulled into the parking lot of WSFS bank. The bank was located in the 2500 block of Aramingo Avenue toward a Wawa and Applebee’s. It was where the suspect reportedly opened the vehicle’s door, pulled out a gun, and fired a shot that struck the ground. A witness also claimed that the suspect pointed a gun at the missing woman and shoved her into the passenger seat of the vehicle thereafter. The suspect was last seen fleeing westbound toward Cumberland Street with the missing woman.

Investigation Still Ongoing

According to Conklin, the Philadelphia Police Department arrived at the scene as soon as possible but was unable to locate the suspect nor the missing woman. The missing woman was described as a White female in late 20s to early 30s. She was reportedly wearing a dark shirt, a light-colored jacket, and a black jeans with a white design on its left leg. She was also seen carrying a black bag.

On the other hand, the suspect was described as a White male around 6 feet in height. He was reportedly wearing a brown, plaid smock shirt, a ripped blue jeans, and a green beanie. As of February 20, the missing woman is still not found and no arrest has been made in connection with the abduction yet.
