In a published article in MARCA, Pres. Joe Biden said that he would release a comprehensive explanation of the plan. This is part of the government’s commitment to helping American seniors combat financial challenges and the rising inflation rate.

Timeline the Money Will Be Sent
This is the timeline for when the money will be sent out to American citizens:
- December 1: Payment for those who have been receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) since before May 1997.
- December 13: SSDI payment for those with birthdays falling between the first and tenth of any month.
- December 20: SSDI payment for those with birthdays falling between the eleventh and twentieth day of any month.
- December 27: SSDI payment for those with birthdays falling between the twenty-first and thirty-first day of any month.
Furthermore, the Biden administration is still finalizing its plan and needs to make sure that the bill will pass the U.S. Congress and Senate.
