According to True Crime Daily, in St. Petersburg, Florida, Rifet Redzic was arrested for the alleged murder and cover-up of his girlfriend, Nafa Secic and trying to make it look like she killed herself. Police got a call on March 9 saying Secic stabbed herself to death. But when they got there, they found Secic’s alleged murder and cover-up in her bedroom with many stab wounds.

Man Arrested for Alleged Murder and Cover-Up Murder of Girlfriend

At first, Redzic said Secic took the knife and hurt herself. But cops found problems with his story. They found evidence that showed Secic didn’t hurt herself, leading them to think Redzic did it. Even though he said he didn’t do it at first later he admitted to the alleged murder and cover-up of Secic though he said the wounds on her chest and stomach were her own doing. Redzic got arrested for first-degree murder and is now in jail in Pinellas County. This sad event shows how important it is to do a thorough investigation and seek justice in cases like this.
