A Florida mom was arrested after a patrolling officer found two children inside a car unattended while she was inside a bar with her friend.
Florida Mom Left Her Two Children Inside a Car Unattended
Police authorities arrested a Florida mom identified as Jamie Gunn, 33 years old, after she left her two children ages 2 years old and an 8-month-old baby. Officials said that the baby fell asleep in the backseat while the Florida mom was inside the Penny Annie’s Bar.
In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, a West Melbourne Police Department patrolling officer noticed a car parked in the lot behind Penny Annie’s Bar on Minto Road on October 22. The car was unlocked and the engine was still on but they found the two children inside unattended.

Florida Mom Was Arrested
According to a published article in FOX35, Gunn was inside the bar with her friend for 20 minutes while she left her two children in her car. When she learned that police were outside with her car, she was more concerned about going to jail than the welfare of her children.
Furthermore, police authorities arrested Jamie Gunn and charged her with child neglect. She was booked into the Brevard County Jail with a bond of $15,000. It was found that she was released on October 23 but the two children is now under the custody of another family member.
