EF-0 tornado was reported to have touched down

On Friday, observers from the NWS visited the region to check out the damage.

In Norfolk, the tornado made landfall at 6:35 o’clock. They drove five miles, arriving in Colebrook at 6:50 in the evening.

According to NBC CONNECTICUT, a “short duration” EF-0 tornado was reported to have touched down in the vicinity of the Bridgewater/Roxbury town line on Saturday night by the National Weather Service in Albany, New York.

Based on social media posts and allegations of tree damage in the Bridgewater neighborhood of southern Litchfield County, the inquiry was conducted.

Severe thunderstorm warning with the “tornado possible”

In the Bridgewater region, storm damage was reported at nine o’clock. The Roxbury town line on Saturday.

Western Connecticut received numerous severe thunderstorm warnings on Saturday night.

Due of spin within the storm as it proceeded from New York into Connecticut, the storm in question received a severe thunderstorm warning with the “tornado possible” classification.

Fox 61 reported that The damage was “sporadic,” with limbs and trees that fell. Observers reported that one barn had a door blown off, while some barns along Pinney Street lost siding, reports FOX61.

There were no recorded accidents or fatalities.
