According to American Military News, as 2024 approaches the US Military Force is facing a big problem it’s getting smaller than it has been in a long time. In 2023, many branches of the US Military Force didn’t get enough recruits. The Pentagon in charge of the US Military Force told Congress that this is one of the toughest challenges the US Military Force has faced. A new law called the National Defense Authorization Bill says that the number of active-duty troops will drop to 1,284,500, the lowest since before World War II in 1941.
