The collection methods and other pertinent information about the Columbia County property taxes have been released by the government, as per Tax Collector Racher Waller in a Magnolia Reporter‘s published article. In the article, it says that Columbia County property taxes shall include taxes on personal property, real estate, and producing minerals, all payable this year.

Where Is the Columbia County Property Taxes Office Located?

All payments shall be made at 101 Boundary St., Suite 104 in Magnolia.

When Should Columbia County Property Taxes Be Paid?

All payments will be accepted until October 16, Monday, since 15 is Sunday. The abovementioned office will be open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A Dropbox was placed in front of the office. The office also has a line to call at (870) 234-4171.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted for Columbia County Property Taxes?

Payments for Columbia County property taxes shall be accepted as cash, check, money order, or credit/debit cards. Take note however that there will be a 3.5% processing fee for the latter form of payment whether in the office or online. They do not accept personal checks from those who have delinquent taxes. For those who will pay using personal checks, please ensure that you indicated the TIN ID and have an envelope ready with your address and stamp. For your proof of payment/receipt, you may print it at www.actdatascrout.com.

What Type of Payment Methods Are Allowed for Columbia County Property Taxes?

Remember that partial payment shall not be applicable for delinquent taxes and only be applied to those who paid the full amount by October 16.

What Will Happen if the Columbia County Property Taxes Are Not Paid On Time?

Those who will not pay the Columbia County property taxes in the stated range of time will be marked as delinquent and a possible 10% penalty will be incurred. Meanwhile, estate taxes that will become delinquent will be given a certification from the State of Arkansas and can only be retrieved through the Commissioner of State Lands.
