On the morning of July 26, at around 1:40 a.m., three Ohio inmates escaped a Community Correctional Center on State Route 63 in Lebanon by breaking through a facility window. Fortunately, shortly after escaping on foot, the Monroe Police Department was able to apprehend two of the Ohio inmates.

An article in WKEF states that the two Ohio inmates were then identified as Dylan Howington and Cody Roberts and were now being held in the Warren County Jail. However, the third inmate, Glynis Thompson, 37, remains on the loose to date.

Reports say the third of the Ohio inmates who escaped had a history of violence and active warrants. In 2015, the third of the Ohio inmates was incarcerated at the Lorain Correctional Institution and is listed as a parole violator.
