According to Lohman, the donations will also help 50 individuals who were in the classrooms at Berkey Hall or the food court kitchen at the MSU Union during the mass shooting despite not being physically hurt. The University added that another $200,000 will finance the healing and resiliency programs for the students, staff, and first responders.
