Mississippi – Residents across Mississippi are under a tornado watch until 9 PM tonight as severe storms sweep through the region. The National Weather Service (NWS) has flagged multiple counties, urging residents to stay alert and take immediate safety precautions.

According to the NWS Storm Prediction Center, the affected counties include Hinds, Madison, and Yazoo, with risks of damaging winds, hail, and isolated tornadoes.
