Sacramento, CA Weather This Week: Patchy Fog and Sunny Skies Expected Through Friday

Sacramento, CA – Drivers in the Sacramento area should prepare for dense fog and chilly conditions Monday morning, particularly along Highway 50 and other major roadways. Visibility is expected to drop to 0.5 miles in some areas, potentially causing hazardous travel conditions.

According to the National Weather Service, patchy fog will linger from 8 to 9 a.m. Monday before clearing to reveal sunny skies with a high of 57 degrees. Morning commuters are advised to use low-beam headlights, reduce speeds, and leave extra distance between vehicles.

The evening will bring partly cloudy skies with temperatures dropping to 41 degrees, making for a crisp night. Tuesday looks sunny, with a high near 60 degrees, though gusts up to 25 mph are expected during the afternoon.

Looking ahead, the forecast shows mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures through Friday, offering a welcome break from last week’s rainy weather. Highs will range from 56 to 60 degrees, with overnight lows staying between 38 and 45 degrees.
