Paducah, KY – A Winter Storm Warning is in effect until midnight for western Kentucky, southeast Missouri, and parts of southern Illinois. Heavy snow, with totals of 4 to 7 inches, is expected to accumulate by tonight, creating hazardous travel conditions.
