Thursday brings the return of dense fog and chances of rain


Meteorologist Adrian Campa reports that although it may not be a white Christmas, it certainly is a gray one. The morning began with widespread dense fog, and it is expected to reappear tonight and persist into Thursday morning. Throughout much of the state, visibility is likely to be less than 1/4 of a mile at times.

The weather forecast for Kansas predicts the arrival of two low pressure systems. The first system is expected to bring light, spotty showers throughout the day on Thursday.

Following this, the second system will swing through on Friday, offering another opportunity for scattered showers in the morning and afternoon. Additionally, fog is likely to develop across the state once again on Thursday morning.

WICHITA WEATHER FORECAST:

Tonight, the weather forecast predicts cloudy conditions with the development of fog. The wind is expected to be light, and the temperature is anticipated to reach a low of 40 degrees.

Tomorrow’s weather forecast calls for morning fog with cloudy skies and drizzle. The wind will be coming from the southeast at 5-10 mph, and the high temperature will reach 50 degrees.

Friday’s weather forecast calls for mainly cloudy skies with scattered afternoon showers. The temperature is expected to range from a low of 41 to a high of 52 degrees.

The weather forecast for the SAT is looking quite pleasant. The day will start with a low of 39 degrees and reach a high of 56 degrees. Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, making it a milder day overall.

The weather forecast for today predicts mostly sunny and mild conditions, with a low of 36 and a high of 58 degrees.

Monday’s weather forecast calls for partly to mostly cloudy skies, with a low of 37 and a high of 53.

Tuesday’s weather forecast predicts partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions with temperatures ranging from a low of 30 to a high of 42 degrees.
